We had an amazing stay at this charming B&B during our visit to the area. Despite being located in a neighborhood "in transition", the hosts, Mike and Kathy, made us feel extremely welcome and ensured our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The beautifully restored historic home captivated us with its rich history and character. The rooms were exquisitely decorated and well-maintained, providing a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast served was absolutely delicious, and the innkeepers' attention to detail and warm hospitality truly made our experience memorable. We especially loved the easy walk to downtown for dinner and the proximity to some Civil War sites.
Some guests mentioned a slight issue with controlling the heat in the room, but it was not a major inconvenience and did not significantly impact our overall experience.

What an amazing place! The hosts were fantastic and made our city trip an unforgettable experience. The cozy rooms were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast, which was included in the package, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. We were surprised by the historical feel and charming character of the entire place. The proximity to the city center made it easy for us to walk and explore the area. One of the best things about this place was the warm and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel like we were staying with family.
Though our stay was wonderful, there were a few things that could have been improved. The room was a bit tough to regulate the temperature, and at times it got too hot making it hard to sleep.

The breakfast options provided were amazing and it's great that they offer tea and coffee in the mornings. , the innkeepers were really friendly and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area if you're unfamiliar with it. the location was convenient - close to dining options and attractions.
Some aspects of the room weren't up to par. The heating was difficult to control and it got really stuffy in the room because of it.
